Coast
Awa Reserve, Palenque River, Jauneche, Machalilla, Churute, Guayaquil Botanical Garden, Cerro Blanco and Capeira. Some notable species are: Epidendron finbriatum, Lockhartia serra, Oncidium toachicum, Elleanthus graminifolius, Pleurothallis cordata and Oncidium stenotis.

Sierra (Highlands)
Ushcurumi, Maquipucuna, Mindo, Pasochoa, Mazan Forest, Juan Manuel Durini Station and Argelia Botanical Gardens. Among the notable species we have lycaste longipetala Maxillaria aurea, Pleurothallis expansa, Pleurothallis gelida, Pleurothallis galeata, Oncidium pentadactylon and Masdevalia ignea.

Amazon Jungle
La Selva, Yuturi Complex, Cuyabeno, Guacamayos Mountains, Sumaco Volcano, Sachapata and Ali–ahui. Notable species are Lycaste ciliata, Maxillaria camaridii, Maxillaria chacoensis, Rodrigueria lanceolata, Scaphyglotis amythystina, Pleurothallis dodsonii and many others new species.
