The Beagle

M/S The Beagle Description Galapagos cruises

She is every inch a magnificent schooner with spacious wooden interiors and simple charm!

Given hands-on attention by the owners, she caters intimately to the needs and comfort of the guests.

Wide teak-decks and comfortable seating provide access to shady nooks or open spaces for sunbathing, bird-watching or watching the dolphins off the bow!

Given her size and tending to only 13 guests, The Beagle is ideal for special interest groups, private parties or family cruises.

The Motor-sailor The Beagle was awarded the Smart Voyager Certificate for adherence to sound conservation practices.

She was totally refitted including brand new twin main engines in 2004.

The M/S The Beagle was originally managed by Angermeyer Cruises. Sold to the Cruz-Marten family who have been operators in their own right since 1981.
